Remembering 9-11: Cranberry gathered to remember the lives lost and sacrifices made on September 11, 2001 at the 9-11 Memorial Groundbreaking Ceremony.
In April of 2011, members of the Cranberry Township Volunteer Fire Company helped to transport a remnant of steel from the World Trade Center to the Cranberry Fire Station on Route 19.
The community was invited to attend the official groundbreaking ceremony for their 9-11 Memorial, and to honor the fallen first responders of September 11, 2001.
