Fitness Stations in Cranberry Township- 2014 CTCC Community Project of the Year

Four clusters of special-purpose outdoor exercise equipment, specifically built to endure the four season climate are located in Graham Park and North Boundary Park, thanks to the 2014 CTCC Community Project of the Year!

Each station includes machines created to focus on specific muscle groups and designed to build core body strength, increase agility and enhance flexibility. All equipment relies on the user's body weight for resistance; no electric motors are involved.
Cranberry's fitness stations promote socialization and increase motivation by clustering machines together and a number of the machines are also ADA- accessible.

C.T. took a break from the Cranberry Waterpark to join our fitness instructors and Parks and Recreation staff for a brief demo of the equipment.
