Rainy night train gate malfunctioning with a coyote

Coyote at 5:08 . After making this video the train gate continued to malfunction and the gates lowered for the 11th time over the period of an hour so I called the phone number on the sign that said report a problem or emergency so I called them. The menu options were press 1 for emergency or press 2 for a crossing a issue, so I pressed 2 and I was put through to a operator and I gave him the crossing ID and he said he'd have somebody to fix it. He said that it wasn't showing up on any of their computers so it was an issue with the crossing itself. After making the phone call within 10 minutes the issue was resolved and it didn't do anything again but also nobody ever showed up so they must have been able to do it electronically
