Back to Nature - 30 Minute Mindfulness Meditation for Anxiety - Self Love - Self Healing
Sometimes we just need to let go of the stress of daily life and find the 3 "selves": Self-love, self-care, and self-healing! A great way to do this is to take time to yourself and imagine getting back to nature - the calm and peace of a forest - the warmth of the sun - green plants and smells of morning dew. I talk for only 1 minute, then the rest is calming ambient music and nature sounds. Use this mindfulness meditation session as a way to spend up to 30 minutes just for yourself. You deserve some time for YOU!
