Turkey & Stuffing - Use leftover or pressure cook up some turkey and layer it between layers of your favorite Thanksgiving stuffing. Bake for 30-40 minutes until hot and steamy.

Pumpkin Cranberry Bread
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 c. pumpkin
3 large eggs
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. apple sauce
1/2 c. orange juice
1 c. + more to taste, cranberries (chopped if desired)
Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients. Stir wet into dry just until moistened. Fold in cranberries. Bake in greased pans at 350 degrees for 60 minutes for 2 - 9x5 pans or less time for smaller pans. I think mine baked for 40 minutes for those little pans.
