"Creamy Delight: Malai Soya Chap Unveiled!" #soyabean #malaisoyachaap #soyachunksrecipe #soyachap
Here's a simple recipe for Malai Chap, a delicious Indian dish:
Ingredients
For the Chap:
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil (for kneading)
2-3 green chilies, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
1 tsp ginger grated
Salt (to taste) Fresh coriander, chopped (optional)
Instructions
For Masala-
Cumin seeds (Jeera)
Black pepper (Kali Mirch)
Cloves (Laung)
Cinnamon (Dalchini)
Bay leaves (Tej Patta)
Dry Roast:
Heat a pan or skillet over medium heat.
Add the whole spices to the pan.
Roast the spices for a few minutes, stirring continuously, until they are fragrant and slightly darker in color. Be careful not to burn them.
Cool:
Remove the pan from heat and allow the spices to cool completely.
Grind:
Once cooled, transfer the spices to a spice grinder or mortar and pestle.
Grind the spices to a fine powder.
Prepare the Dough:
Add yogurt and cashews in a jar and grind them in a Mixture Grinder.
Heat Oil:
In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Take chopped soya.
Cook on medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the soya is slightly crispy and well-coated with spices.
In same pan Heat oil , add all grind masala with chopped ginger and chilly switch off the Gas stove and Add yougurt & cashew paste.
Now add Fry cooked soya in to the pan and add salt for the taste. Cook for 5-7 mins then Garnish with fresh coriander.
Serve hot with Roti, Naan ♥️
