Mushroom fried rice with chicken stew ❤️

Let’s cook a wholesome quick dinner together ❤️

Mushroom rice:
@spekkosa basmati rice (cooked halfway through or just soak it in hot water)
Onion
Bell peppers
Mushrooms
Chicken broth
Season with aromat and olive and rosemary seasoning
After adding the rice add the chicken broth cover the pot and cook on low heat until the rice is properly cooked

Chicken stew:
Chicken winglets or drums
Seasoned with:
Benny chicken stock powder
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Paprika
Black pepper
Drizzle with oil and let it marinate for atleast an hour
Fry the meat until browned
Remove from the pan and in the same pot sauté onion with bell peppers
Add 1 cup liquid chicken broth
Season with six gun seasoning, paprika and chicken spice
Add back the chicken
Add potatoes cut into small pieces
Add garlic with fresh thyme and rosemary
Drizzle with soy sauce
Cover and cook low heat until the potatoes are tender, add green beans and cook until the potatoes are soft and the stew is stewing 😀
