Meringue cookies, lollies and meringue kisses

If you have always struggled on how to make perfect meringues, after trying out my this method, you will definitely throw away all other recipes ☺️
These are beautiful, airy and chewy at the same time and plus super easy to make

You will need:
80g of egg whites, at room temperature (this is just below 1/2 cup)
1/8 Teaspoon of lemon juice
1/3 Cup castor sugar
1/3 Cup icing sugar
Food gel colours
