Being on this debt free journey has its high and low moments and lately I feel like I’m going through a low moment. I find myself feeling jealous when I don’t want to be and comparing myself to others.

I’m struggling with being too frugal and I’ve been wondering if there is a line of what is acceptable or not when it comes to that. On this episode of Diaries of a Debtor, I explain how recently, I’ve been comparing myself to a relative who has been able to buy their second home at a significant price point. They are more on the extreme end of savings and I’m not quite comfortable going there yet because I don’t like to burden others. But then again maybe I should be more like them?
