Stimulus Check Update | $2000 Per Month Stimulus

Giving you an update on the different proposals for a potential stimulus check round 2! Also the 2000 per month proposed bill and other bills being proposed that would cancel rent and mortgage payment etc.

The national crisis we're in right now has turned a lot of Americans world's upside down. The CARES Act and SBA loans were clearly not enough, as the funds have already run out of money. Queue the Emergency Money for the People Act or more commonly known as the proposed act that would give about 70% of Americans $2,000 a month throughout the course of this pandemic or up to a year.

Another proposal would also give Americans rent and mortgage payment forgiveness, no accumulation of interest, and no affect to their credit score or rental history. Also, there would be a relief fund for landlords to cover any losses they experience. More interestingly, there would be an optional fund to finance purchases of rental properties, with the hopes to stimulate the real estate market and create more affordable housing options.

I think there are a lot of really interesting pieces to the different proposed bills and I'm extremely interested to see what changes are made and what actually gets passed!
