Today we’re taking on an efficient CARDIO TONING workout to bring out our best! It’s one of my favorite workouts: WALKING WITH (very light) WEIGHTS.

We’re using our lightest dumbbells (or no weights at all!) for this MODERATE routine, but of course there’s just a pinch of challenge to keep us on our toes.
