Later this year, PLANTSTRONG will unveil a line of broths, chilis and stews in both retail and online. Indian Lentil Stew, a.k.a. "Kitchari" will be one of those ready-to-eat products, but you can also make it at home! Once you have the spices, it is a super easy dish to make. Today, meet Jessica Pastore and Evan Hegarty. Jessica leads product strategy for the PLANTSTRONG team and works to make all our recipes "open source" so that you can make them, too! Evan is her chief taste tester, a self-proclaimed food nerd, and a talented musician, too!
