Ear Saving Scrub Cap

Make a scrub cap to prevent 'ear fatigue' for those having to wear masks for an extended period of time or if you have trouble with a shifting mask. The elastic of your mask attaches to two buttons sewn to the scrub cap, eliminating fussing and touching your mask. The cap has an elasticized back to hold it firmly in place without the mask slipping down on the face. There is enough space at the back of the cap for ponytails to be tucked in. Keeping hair completely covered also reduces the risk of contaminating hands with hair that has been exposed to virus droplets. The buttons, holding the mask, are away from the ear for telephone work. Unlike headband devices, this cap will not slide down, cause headaches or ride on the top of tender ears.
