While we self isolate in our homes during the Covid-19 pandemic, we can each play an important and supportive role in the war against this enemy virus by helping to keep our first responders safe.

Within the confines of our home, we can so much needed scrub hats for our hospital ER nurses and doctors and in doing so, keep our hands and minds occupied productively. Cotton linens (e.g. sheets, pillowcases or table cloths) if no other fabric is available can be re-purposed.

This video has been created in honour of our hospital heroes. It provides a FREE unisex scrub hat pattern for short/ponytail/no ponytail and requires no elastic band in the hat construction. Detailed step-by-step instructions are provided.
