Do I need to attend Guidance Counseling Program (GCP) from CFO for SCHENGEN VISA?

If your leaving as fiancé(e) /spouse or partner of a foreigner or a former Filipino, yes, you need to attend the Guidance Counseling Program (GCP) from Commission on Filipinos Overseas

This program is designed to to make people be aware of anti trafficking---some became victims of abuses, exploitation and domestic violence, sexual exploitation or being sold for prostitution or forced labor.

To attend the GCP, you must secure an appointment through the GCP On-line Appointment System (GOAS), To secure appointment:

CFO MANILA - https://cfo.ph/GCP-Manila-Appointment/
CFO CEBU - https://cfo.ph/GCP-Cebu-Appointment/
CFO CLARK - https://cfo.ph/GCP-Clark-Appointment/
CFO DAVAO - https://cfo.ph/GCP-Davao-Appointment/

Sessions are based on your foreign fiancé(e)’s /spouse’s /partner’s citizenship.

C. Requirements
1. Barcoded Confirmation form of GCP Appointment;
2. Two (2) original valid identification cards with photo;
3. Marriage Certificate (PSA) or if married overseas, original Report of Marriage duly registered by the Philippine Embassy/Consulate or the Department of Foreign Affairs and
4.Registration fee of PhP 400.00 (Counseling is free of charge)

Additional registration requirements for those with visa:

1. Two (2) valid identification cards;
2. Original valid passport;
3. Original valid visa
4.Original CFO Guidance and Counseling Certificate (if already attended the GCP); and
5. Duly completed emigrant registration form.
