25 Minute Low Impact POWER WALK Workout for Women over 50 ⚡️ Pahla B Fitness

Let’s go for a POWER WALK and enjoy a fantastic low impact cardio sweat! We’re having a super fun time while we walk and burn our way through a fast-paced, no repeat workout.

We’re taking it EMOM style today, which stands for Every Minute On the Minute - a great way to get a workout for our brains as well as our bodies!

SET UP:
The interval timer is set for one minute; at the top of each minute, we’ll do five reps of the low impact cardio exercise (counting the “mean” way); there is NO REST
