Hello everyone!
First of all thanks to my friend who shared with me a kitchen to record for you guys! (since mine is too small unfortunately :()
Since I received thousands of messages regarding nutrition and how I deal with it I decided to share that with you in this video! Nutrition topic is really wide so I decided to share with you the most important stuff and not really going into details. The reason for that is because I’ve noticed to many people focus on not that much important topics such as:
-How many meals should I have a day?
-What protein powder do I need?
-What is the best meal?
Of course there are a lot of factors that you should take care of but as long as you are normal guy just like me who just want to get good physique and be healthy and not going to participate in any bodybuilding competition it is definitely worth it to focus on the basics! If you’d like me to explain some topics let me know in the comments.
