I compared these two workouts below (:
HIIT workout (20min):

- Rocket jumps - 30s on, 30s rest x 4
- Elevated toe touches - 30s on, 30s rest x 4
- Dynamic knee raises - 30s on, 30s rest x 4
- Jumping lunges - 30s on, 30s rest x 4
- Burpees - 30s on, 30s rest x 4

Explosive workout (1 hour):

- Kneel to box jumps - 20s on, 100s rest x 5
- Vertical jumps - 20s on, 100s rest x 5
- Forward bounds - 20s on, 100s rest x 5
- Plyo pull-ups - 20s on, 100s rest x 5
- Lateral bounds - 20s on, 100s rest x 5
- Jumping lunges - 20s on, 100s rest x 5
