Chicken Noodle Soup:
Simmer 1 bunch carrots, 1 leek, 4 celery stalks, 1 parsnip, chicken and turkey, ginger, cloves, onion, bay leaves, other herbs and apple cider vinegar for 3 hours. Filter after 3 hours and fish out meat and carrots. Add reserved broth back to a sauce pan and boil with desired pasta.

Broccoli di Rabe and Sausage Orecchiette:
2 bunches broccoli di Rabe, 2 sausages, 1 bag pasta, 5 cloves garlic, chilli flakes.
Stir fry garlic and sausage. Add broccoli di rabe and steam with a little water for 20min. Add chilli flakes and boiled pasta, along with 1/2 reserved pasta water.

Pesto Recipe:
1 bunch basil, 1 cup pistachios, olive oil, 1 clove garlic blended well with parmesan added.

Ingredients for successful gnocchi making (I doubled these amounts to freeze extra batches)
2 Potatoes, boiled and then mashed or riced
1 Cup Flour plus 2 tbsp for surface
1 egg yolk
1 pinch salt
