Crispy Chicken Floss Roll 香脆鸡丝卷

材料:
薄饼皮/春卷皮 一包（50片包装）
鸡肉丝 250gm

浆糊：
1汤匙木薯粉
80毫升清水
**搅拌均匀，煮至浓稠即可熄火（不停搅拌）

Crispy Chicken Floss Roll

Ingredient：
1 pack Spring roll wrapper
250g Shredded chicken

Starch Paste:
1 tablespoon tapioca flour
80ml water
**Stir evenly, cook until thickened and then turn off the heat (stir constantly)

做法：
1. 把每片春卷皮剪成9小块。
2. 放入少许鸡丝
3. 卷起，左右两边折入
4. 收口处，涂上一点面糊后卷好。
5. 放进油锅里炸成金黄色后捞起
6. 待凉后盛进罐子里密封。

Method:
1. Cut each spring roll wrapper into 9 small pieces.
2. Add some shredded chicken
3. Roll up and fold in the left and right sides
4. Apply a little batter to the closing area and roll it up.
5. Put it into the oil pan and fry until golden brown,
then take it out.
6. After cooling, put it into a jar and seal it.
