1 oz simple Syrup
1.5 oz Gin
.5 oz lime juice
3 oz Lime Truly
Ice
Striped Bass with basil coconut sauce
2 striped bass 5 oz each
1/4 bunch of basil
1 can of coconut milk
1/4 teaspoon of chili flake
2 teaspoons of sugar
Kosher salt
Asparagus pencil
Cherry heirloom tomatoes
1/4 of red onion
1/2 mango ripe
