With twin lane in-feed conveyors system the system can safely be replenished while in full operation. Vial separation and gating control includes fallen bottle detection as an added safety benefit reducing the risk line downtime as a result of breakages.

Labels are printed with the variable information and vision inspected prior to application. Any defective prints are removed from the backing web so only good labels are applied reducing the amount of rework required at the end of a batch.
