DIY UV LED EXPOSURE UNIT - BURN SCREENS IN 30 SECS!

STOP using 500W halogen work lights to expose your screens! It really easy to build a very high powered UV light source for your screen printing needs. Here I show you my 200W UV LED build. For most tshirt printers and A3 poster printers a 100W LED will be more than powerful enough.

With this exposure setup I can burn screens in just 30 seconds!

This setup can be used in place of your normal light used to burn your screens or it could be incorporated into a vacuum unit with a little DIY work.
