MAKING APPLE CIDER VINEGAR without the MOTHER. (Step 1 & 2) MY WAY! :)

Well, I thought I'd try to make apple cider vinegar. After seeing all the video's/recipes out there, and no two are alike, I ended up doing it "My way" So here is my go at it! It is a bit of a process, so I'm showing the first 4 weeks from start to straining, and I'm quite impressed so far! I hope this helps a few of you, who were looking for the same answers as I was. Stay tuned for the final step in about 3 weeks from now. I also forgot to mention, that I will be stirring the vinegar every day or so as it continues the fermentation process.Thank you, everyone for watching!
