How to make Homemade Apple Cider Vinegar "with the Mother" - DIY Prepsteading

So Easy! So Delicious!...(as far as Vinegar tastes). Please know that this IS "Diabetic friendly". The sugar is turned into ascetic acid by the time this is ready. It does NOT require refrigeration; I simply prefer to take a bit of vinegar each evening and like to drink it cold.
