In our video we show how our night time routine is in Korea. This video reflects how our evening typically begins as a family sharing beautiful moments and time together. Regular schedules and bedtime rituals help our family get the sleep we need and give us the ability to function at peak levels. When it comes to children, having a routine is especially important. Establishing and maintaining good sleep habits are an important part of our lives to wake up rested and refreshed.

s a mixed married couple living abroad in South Korea, Dianna and Kyungho will be revealing what is life like as a family in South Korea.
