Delrin worm gear printed on perforated cardboard with the Anet A8

The 3D model comes from : https://hackaday.com/2016/09/12/super-small-robotic-joints-dont-exist-they-do-now/

I've tried printing in PLA first but since there was a bit of friction I bought POM filament from FrontierFila (1.75 mm white).

I knew beforehand that it would be difficult to make it stick to the printbed, but in the end I managed to print 2 consecutive parts using cardboard fixed to the printbed and perforated with a mini hand drill (Ø 1.5 mm, 3/4 mm spacing).

Printing parameters using Cura 15.04.6 (I don't like the newer versions) :
- layer height : 0.2 mm
- thickness : 0.8 mm
- fill density : 20%
- speed : 40 mm/s
- printing temperature : 195°C
- bed temperature : 30°C (worked also at 0°C before, forgot to reset the parameter)
- support : type : touching buildplate
- platform adhesion type : Raft
