The worst of COVID-19 might ‘still be in front of Trump’
It would not be a good look if President Donald Trump returned to the White House and was then potentially rushed back to hospital, says Paul Murray.
Mr Murray pointed to the time in which a COVID-19 patient usually would take a significant turn for the worse if their disease was not mild.
He said it usually tends to occur around seven days after the initial diagnosis, which would be Thursday or Friday.
“Potentially the worst might still be in front of him,” Mr Murray said.
“I want him to kick this thing, and kick it cleanly so he can get back on the campaign trail.
“But Donald Trump seems absolutely determined to show that the worst of it is in the rear vision mirror.”
