Breathwork in Yoga Therapy

Try this short yoga practice to explore what’s happening in your body with every breath. We’ll use some simple props to help you feel what’s going on and experiment with different breath patterns. Pay attention to how your breath changes as you go through the practice, and how you feel during and after you’re done.
