A New Moon Guided Meditation

This 10 minute new moon guided meditation is good for every new moon as it allows you to tap into whatever energy is present during that current new moon. You can use this practice to help you manifest with the energy of the new moon every cycle. To deepen this experience, we invite you to answer the following questions immediately following the practice: 1. What takeaways, or aha moments, do you wish to remember from this experience? 2. How did it feel to connect to the energy of the moon this month? If you do this monthly, what difference did you notice from the previous month in terms of how the moon's energy felt to you? 3. What desire came to your heart? 4. List out reasons you love on this desire, without any sense of feeling like it *has* to come about any time soon. 5. Write a love letter to the desire, letting it know you respect it and trust it to come in perfect timing. Share the reasons you love it (From #4) and express your appreciation for it arriving in perfect timing. An optional step you can do afterwards is to release the love letter on the following full moon by burning it and letting it know you trust it will unfold when it's ready and that you love it *even when it's not yet with you* in the physical.
