21 Year Old Lance Armstrong OUTSPRINTING Cycling Legend Moreno Argentin in 1993

Trofeo Laigueglia is a magic early season race on the Ligurian coast, featuring a hilly parcours. Back in 1993 a strong startlist lined up, including legends like Moreno Argentin and Tchmil and soon to be big name of the sport, Lance Armstrong at 21 years old. A battle in the hills followed with Moreno Argentin going solo for many kms, before being reeled back by the Armstrong group and a 4 up sprint for the win eventuating.
