This episode covers my journey with making a#sourdoughstarter from scratch and what I've learned so far. I make leftover waffles that I made with sourdough discard and also make crackers with discard in this episode. I also got a special delivery from Veggie Fam which was their O.G. Chick'n DIY kit. So I fry up some ready to eat #veganfriedchicken and serve it over salad!
