Flat Dumbbell Press 3 x 10-15 (Focus on Progressing Each Week)
Behind the Neck Smith Machine Press 4x12
Incline Prone EZ Bar Front Raise (Wrists Internally Rotated - Focus on Side Delt) 3x20
Superset with: DB Side Lateral Raises 3x15-20
Side Lateral Raise Machine 3x12-15 Dropset on Last Set
Incline Cable Bayesian Chest Fly 3x12 Dropset on Last Set
Med Ball Push Up (Burnout) 1xMAX REPS
Reverse Cable Fly (With External Rotation) 4x12-15
