Jazz Drummer Q-Tip of the Week: Learn how to play the hi hats CORRECTLY!

In this jazz drum lesson, I offer you a few Q-tips on ways you can improve your basic swing hi hat playing based on the way the legendary drummer Papa Jo Jones played them. Make sure to check out Papa Jo Jones' playing with the Count Basie Jazz Orchestra!
