Join me for this total body burn No impact Mat\floor workout!
This 12 minute circuit workout features total body impact free moves that require no equipment and can even be done in your PJ's (what's not to love??).
This is the perfect lazy girl routine to do when you feel like taking it easy or when you know you need to get some movement in but just can't be bothered.
All of these pilates inspired exercises are gentle on your joints and make for the perfect apartment friendly and beginner friendly workout.
