Howard Unruh's "Walk of Death"
On the morning of September 6, 1949, Howard Unruh ate breakfast prepared by his mother, got dressed in the nicest suit, and decided to go for a walk around his neighborhood. In the next twenty minutes, he would unleash his revenge on the people he believed were out to get him. He would take the lives of 13 people and wound 3 others as he took what would later be called his "Walk of Death."
