For a long time, I struggled immensely living a very volatile lifestyle in the pursuit of my "passion" and other such clichés. I wasted years of my life not building any real skill-sets in order to build all kinds of businesses. Now I'm 25 and broke, jaded and emotionally warn out. Yes, I know this isn't the end but I'm lucky to have time left in front of me to change. In a world with so many different sources of knowledge and the minefield that is the "online business/wealth guru community", it's very difficult to make a decision. Plus people have options like never before for all kinds of career paths. I guess they call this the paradox of choice. Nassim Taleb is a master at navigating complexity and ambiguity and here is how I used his barbell strategy to finally give myself some direction and hope. Young men need to watch this more.
