Just shooting the shit with former Navy SEAL Jason Gardner who just retired after many years of leading men in some of the toughest situations. We talk about all kinds of stuff from the benefits of fasting to being kind to yourself especially when it comes to self-talk. Even after decades of being a certified BADASS, Gardner opens up about his own struggles with maintaining discipline at times. But the main thing that counts is staying on the path and being honest with yourself when you're slacking Vs when you really need a break. Either way, it was an honor to shoot the shit with my man Jason Gardner. This was a totally informal talk and it seemed to have worked (compared to my previous interview style videos).
