1 box frozen spinach(fresh optional)
1/2 cup minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoons cumin
1 tablespoons black pepper
1 pound cream cheese
Bread bowl(optional)
Fresh California Avocado cut in half or use the whole thing
