Protect Your Shoulders From The Americana Submission

There are numerous factors that can attribute to injuries. The Americana submission rotates the shoulder into end-range external rotation which stresses the joint, muscles, and even bone.

Important things to work on are shoulder mobility and strength.
These are a few of the factors to help with injury-prevention and protecting the shoulder. This series of exercises are great for mobility and prime the musculature around the shoulder as well as assist with strength.
