In this video I'm breaking down the clinical features of the two most common scalp conditions related to sebum production - dry scalp vs. oily scalp. Understanding where you fall on this scale will help you a) avoid other scalp conditions that you may be more prone to because of your scalp type (like dandruff for example) and b) help you figure out what kind of scalp care products and scalp treatments you need (if any). Every other scalp care tip you learn about and wish to implement, will be more effective when you have your scalp type as context.
