Whitaker Jazz Speaks: Jazz and Justice - Live from Jazz St. Louis

Tonight's Whitaker Jazz Speaks program, Jazz and Justice, will be hosted by Jazz St. Louis’ own President and CEO, Victor Goines, who will also lead the music performance. The lecture centers around the complicated relationship between jazz and the racial exploitation of artists. The live musical presentation will present classic protest songs by jazz legends.

Whitaker Jazz Speaks events are free and open to the public, with gratitude to Missouri Humanities and Whitaker Foundation for their ongoing support.
