Torta de Pollo and Chicken Sandwich

You'll need:

1 chicken breast
1 clove garlic + 1 clove garlic, minced
1 small piece of onion + 1 small piece of onion, diced
4- 5 tomatoes (blend until smooth)
2 bay leaves

crushed avocados
onion (cut into rings)
shredded lettuce
French bread
Whole wheat bread
