Understand that your goal as an investor is not to try to never make any mistakes, but you want to try to avoid them as much as possible, especially significant mistakes that can cost a lot for your portfolio down the line. Good investors take the time to learn from their past mistakes to make sure that they don’t repeat them again. However, the best investors learn not only from the mistakes they have made themselves, but also from the mistakes other investors have made as well.
