Vanguard Total International Stock ETF (VXUS)
This fund offers investors a low cost way to gain equity exposure to both developed and emerging international economies. The fund tracks stock markets all over the globe, with the exception of the United States.

Vanguard FTSE Developed Markets ETF (VEA)
