House passes bipartisan Huizenga legislation to help victims of fraud

Last night, the U.S. House of Representatives passed H.R. 4344, The Investor Protection and Capital Markets Fairness Act, bipartisan legislation Congressman Bill Huizenga (MI-02) introduced with Congressman Ben McAdams (D-UT). H.R. 4344 will help the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) hold criminals accountable and help Main Street investors who are victims of fraud recover their losses. This important bill passed the House by a vote of 314-95.
