Korean Street Food CHEESE DOG RECIPE Video 🧀 cheesy & stretchy!

Korean street food cheese dog recipe video! Today’s cooking show we make Korean mozzarella cheese corndogs! Fried cheese sticks goodness 😋. Hit subscribe & turn on notifications 👉🏻

I remember trying these babies at Myeondong night market in Seoul, Korea. Crispy, golden brown and covered in crinkle fries! Had to make the mozzarella cheese dogs at home. Below is what you'll need for the Korean street food cheese sticks!

Fried cheese dog ingredients:
-Mozzarella sticks or block
-Hotdogs (optional, I just stuck with the cheese!)
-Skewers
-Frying oil (I used vegetable)
-Japanese panko crumbs or regular bread crumbs
-1 cup all purpose flour
-2 tsp baking powder
-2 tbsp sugar (I skipped the sugar coating for my cheese dogs but you're welcome to add it!)
-1/2 tsp salt
-1 egg
-3/4 cup cold milk (I added close to a cup! Adjust if your batter is dry)
-Ketchup
-Kewpie mayo
