No Ac Call Back? Compressor not Running

I am on a no air-conditioning service call which is a potential call back. I was just working on this unit almost a month and a half ago. The contactor ended up breaking and I replaced it. Now the call is that the unit is not cooling, and the compressor is not running. I start checking out the unit and the side to test the capacitor. The capacitor tested good last time I was working on the unit. Yet this time the compressor side tested 0 µF, and the condenser fan side tested at 4.8 µF. I replaced the capacitor and the compressor start it up. At first, the superheat was really Hi about 40°. The suction pipe was really warm about 80 degrees. The temperature inside the house was also really warm about 93°. This is why the superheat was high and the suction pipe temperature was also high. I gave it some time and the superheat ended up dropping down to about 12° of superheat and the suction pipe was about 50 degrees at the end. The system will most likely be replaced by the end of the summer.
