Industrial Automation using Node-RED and Raspberry Pi

This is the video documentation of Industrial Automation using Node-RED and raspberry pi. We have implemented Industrial Automation based on Node-RED and Raspberry pi using Node-RED Dashboard.

We have implemented the device in a rebar wood processing factory. The device was installed to control the wood dryer chamber. The environmental data to be considered are temperature and humidity in the chamber. We used the Node-RED dashboard for the user interface, which is really easy to implement. This is an ongoing project to replace the PLC system with Raspberry pi in an industrial environment. We can remotely control and monitor the factory machines using the power of IoT by using raspberry pi and Node-RED. Node-RED is an excellent platform for implementing IoT-based systems. Node-red plc programming can be the future of PLC systems.
