there are two main traditional types of executions, 2 Totally Different Types Of The Perfect Pullup, both correct and both that comes with with own kind of benefits, since there is a big confusion about these topic, I wanted to share these tutorials on how to execute the clean and perfect pull up, you have these two choices, these two ways to do them, but you absolutely need to know which differences comes with your choice of execution, to have more awareness of where your training approach will take you and how to optimize your workouts without wasting times,
